Aleksandr Peremibeda, Director of Smolenskaya GRES Branch of Unipro PJSC, decided to close his professional career in connection with retirement.
On July 1, 2020, Evgeny Inozemtsev, former Director of Yaivinskaya GRES Branch of Unipro PJSC, will take up the position of Smolenskaya GRES Director. Evgeny was born in 1965, graduated from the Ust-Kamenogorsk Road Construction University with a degree in Industrial and Civil Engineering. He began his career in 1986 at the Ust-Kamenogorsk Combined Heat and Power Plant. His work record extends from a foreman of the repair and construction shop to the deputy technical director of the Ust-Kamenogorsk heat networks.
In 2009, he was employed as the Director of Berezovskaya GRES Heat Networks Branch of E.ON Russia JSC, in 2014 – appointed as Director of Yayvinskaya GRES Branch of Unipro PJSC. The total work record of Evgeny Inozemtsev in the power industry is 32 years.
Starting July 1, 2020, as the Director of Yayvinskaya GRES Branch of Unipro PJSC, Mr. Inozemtsev will be replaced by Andrey Povarnitsyn, former Chief Engineer of the power plant.
Andrey Povarnitsyn was born in the settlement of Yayva, Perm Region, in 1968. After the army, he graduated from the Perm Polytechnic University with a degree in Automation and Control of Technical Systems. Later, he completed an MBA program for Energy Company Management at the State University of Management (Moscow).
His work record started at Yaivinskaya GRES in the position of electrician. Then, in the same electric shop, he proceeded as a foreman, deputy manager, and manager of the shop. In 2005, he was transferred to the office of deputy chief engineer of the plant; in 2011 – appointed chief engineer. Andrey Povarnitsyn is a Honoured Power Engineer of Russia. His total work record in the power industry is 29 years.
